Seed Source Brand Centipede Lawn Grass Seed is a product of Lower Alabama and can be purchased in either our exclusive 1 pound shaker top containers, 5 lb containers, 25 pound bags, or 50 pound bags. Our centipede grass seed is coated with Pinnacle Coating&trade Apron XL to help fight disease and promote vigorous root growth. Centipede grass is one of the lowest maintenance grasses available for warm season planting areas. Performs well even in poor soils.

  • New Lawns: Recommended rate 1 lb. per 4000 sq. ft.   One acre requires 10 - 11 lbs.
  • Overseeding: 1/2 lb. per 4000 sq. ft. Lower planting rates take longer to establish
